Scholarship programs and mobility programs.
12 July 2015 EU announces second round of the competition specifically for mobility projects (training without a diploma in the host institution). In the second round involved individual countries such as Britain, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Ireland, Denmark and Austria.

This year is offered 190 scholarships for 1-2 years under study
Integration to year (M1 or M2) for students to first v'yizdzhayut
